Role Summary:
|
|
|
|
We are looking for an individual who has a strong telesales background particularly within the telecom and travel sectors. The role will involve B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English as well as good telephone manner.
|
|
|
|
Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
|
|
|
- Responsible for building and developing relationships with existing clients and potential new resellers. The role will be primarily office based and will involve telephone call and follow e-mail communication.
- To promote the company’s products with existing and new resellers around the world through outbound/inbound calling and email.
- Proactive and reactive telesales, processing customer details and providing comprehensive follow-up training to resellers of the product.
- The candidate will be representing the business directly to the partners and must have a complete understanding of the product/service being offered and the ability to showcase the benefits and any specialized features to finalize or influence any potential business transaction.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for customers as and when required.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:
|
|
|
- Previous experience of telesales.
- The candidate should possess an excellent telephone manner, great conversational skills and a persuasive manner.
- A self-motivated, resilient and persistent approach.
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
- Must have the ability to question and listen actively to customers’ as well as provide a solution to their needs.
- The ability to achieve and maintain high daily call volumes to potential resellers.
- A well-rounded understanding of the product being offered. Since this position requires the candidate to be the "voice" of the company, he/she must be personable, exhibit confidence and be proficient in verbal communication so as to communicate effectively.
- Familiar with MS Office, Internet and E-mail. Also knowledge of how to conduct webinars.
- Foreign language skills will be a big advantage.
